Here is a series of conversations called Dharmic Leadership between Raghu Ananthanarayanan and Abhishek Thakore. The intent of these three conversations is to bring together ideas of leadership, Dharma and Indic traditions, so we have a more compact view of what we are postulating as the Indic way of leadership.

This episode explores the context of our times and why leadership cannot be reduced to titles or positions. Raghu argues that true leadership is a responsibility to the context, contrasting today’s extractive systems with the Indic ideal of Raja Dharma, where every blade of grass is enabled to flourish.
